I searched everywhere for a pillow some were to soft some were to hard ,some were just too expensive. This one came out just right!! Sturdy but plush like a firm memory foam bed. The price is reasonable compared to competitors so don't look any more. I am writing this review because this one doesn't have enough reviews to give it the credit it deserves. I took a risk on it and i am glad i did!!

Ok this is truly a good bbl pillow it is very firm and supportive. I had surgery and I can’t seat on my butt I have a wound vac on my butt and I tell you this bbl pillow saves me every time I half to seat a few minutes. I weigh 200 pounds and it holds its shape and says firmly in place. My husband uses it to seat on it and he loves seating on it and it does not cave but he weighs on 170 so that’s nothing . I’m so funny on buying thing online I half to read all the reviews and really think hard is it going to be a good product to buy sometimes I think the reviews are fixed or fake sometimes but this is a real review from a real customer. The max weight for this bbl pillow is 220 so I’m good I got it very quick from amazon I hope this helps a potential customer

I recently had a BBL and this pillow was amazing to help me sit and drive due to the height and comfort of it! I purchased a different brand and it did not help suspend my bottom.

Depending on the chair your are sitting on it’s not long enough. Flat chairs need it needs to be wider for more support. Of your are in a car thebseats are molded with the side of the chair going upwards, this gives you the additional support for your thighs. I am not a huge person so dont think that is the reason. If your are a thick girl you will not be happy with this. It does help but causes pressure on the thighs which is not good especially because of blood flow being necessary to avoid embolism.

After reading some reviews I was hesitant about buying this pillow. After struggling for a week with the boppy pillow after BBL I decided to order it. I absolutely love it! It provides so much more support! It is a little firm so I still recommend a fleece blanket or thin pillow for added comfort.

I have been using my BBL pillow for 2 days now, and it definitely is keeping my new fat from being squished. That being said it is not the most comfortable product, but if it wasn't as firm it probably wouldn't work as well.

I just received this and am already amazed. This pillow allows you to sit without putting pressure on your butt.Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to reduce flattening of their butt, or anyone who has had surgery (such as a BBL etc)

I bought this before I have my surgery, and it’s pretty comfortable, 1/4 of it is small amount of soft comfortable foam on top (where you sit) and the other 3/4 of it is the more firm foam at the bottom. I noticed without surgery it helps my posture, but I’ll come back and update my review after my surgery.

It’s a great pillow, but it density is so high, I’m 4’11 and my legs would dangle sitting on it which made sitting a little awkward. I had to lean forward to prevent myself from falling back. The item itself is great, and it’s def. a great BBL pillow, but to the Shorty’s, I recommend a classic boppy pillow, works like a charm.

This is not a great pillow for BBL. It is very hard and very uncomfortable to sit. It hurts my thighs sitting on it. They have a great customer service though.
