Rocking a Mom booty! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been using this for just about the past month about every time I sit down at home. At first I could really feel the burn in my lower back and thighs. It's like unintentionally doing squats and holding it there.

The first 2 weeks were rough. Just like any other exercise but I'm generally lazy.. Haha. I love what it's done for my booty though! Being a mom of 2 already does some things to your body image. Also not having enough time to work out. This is amazing. I don't have to go anywhere. I seriously can sit at the table helping my son build legos while tightening and lifting my booty!

My husband noticed the difference just a month has made too which boasts my self esteem way up.
